Bellwood is a development adjacent to the City of Tyler’s Lake Bellwood. The lake is outside the west loop adjacent to the Cascades. In addition to receiving surface run-off for the water supply, it has several natural springs adding to the supply. This dual supply maintains water level and keeps the water clear and cool.

Bellwood is a resort planned to have 230 beds and multiple condominium towers. The resort is aiming for 4 Star status. Its offerings include variable sized meetings spaces with break-out rooms, multiple restaurants and bars, spa zone, fitness trainers with the fitness space and non-powered boating options for Lake Bellwood.

The resort/condominium and Lake Bellwood are positioned along a significant bicycle/walking trail system. This allows for multiple modes of transportation connection throughout Tyler.
